Karen Heisig from the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, will give a brief introduction to suicide prevention and talk about warning signs, risk factors, and what a person should do to help someone in danger. Mrs. Heisig speaks from personal experience, having lost both her husband and his brother to suicide. REGISTRATION begins on Friday, September 15.
